Brooklyn is 8 Months!

Brooklyn has started to crawl and loves to check out all of Jenna's toys. Jenna meanwhile is busy running around putting everything up on the table, couch, etc, saying "Not for touching, not for touching". However, they still get along very well.

Halloween 2007

Little Red Riding Hood and Lil' Pumpkin

Thanks Grandma Brenda for the costumes! The girls looked great and got lots of compliments.

Jenna still hasn't figured out the trick or treating part of Halloween yet. We stopped at my boss's house first, which is a couple of blocks away, then we came back home to bring Brooklyn home, as this was cutting into her bedtime. As I was getting Brooklyn undressed, Jenna is taking off her costume saying "I'm done! No more trick and treating! I'm done!". Finally Billy and I convinced her to put her costume back on and Billy took Jenna to about 8 more houses when she decided to come home. Then she wanted to give her candy away to the trick or treaters that came to our house. I am beginning to wonder if perhaps someone switched her at the hospital.

Thanksgiving 2007

We spent Thanksgiving in Saskatchewan with my mom. Jenna was very excited about the trip and had to phone Grandma several times before we left to ensure that Grandma had her tea set all ready.

We also managed to make a trip to Alsask/Marengo to visit the Weinkauf's where Jenna enjoyed the miniature ponies, dogs, and kittens (apparently kittens can reproduce like bunnies because there was a whole barn full). We also managed to visit with Billy's Auntie Bert, Uncle Stewart and Kim.
