Jenna turns 3!

Jenna's 3rd birthday was on the 17th. Billy and I got her a dollhouse which she thought was great. I left the box out and she was looking at all the extra furniture that you could get with it. I saw her checking it out, then she comes to me and says " Mom, where is the red chairs, where is the dog, where is the Grandma with the stroller? I need them!" That will be the last time I leave the box lying around.

On Saturday Jenna had her birthday party. Her friends Micah and Jocelyn came over, as well as cousins Mckayla and Kaitlyn, all the way from Calgary. Jenna had a great time and loved getting presents. Brooklyn also loved getting cuddles from Auntie and the girls. A great time was had by all!

I recently celebrated a birthday, and all I can say is how can you not have a good birthday with these two cute faces!

Wow what a hot month. I don't want to complain too much because before we know it, there will be snow. We got Jenna a little pool and she enjoys cooling off. Fortunately, because it has been so hot, the water warms up nicely. We also got a swing set set up, but unfortunately, because it is so hot, sometimes the plastic heats up so much that she doesn't want to sit on it.

Brooklyn is doing well too. She turned 5 months old and loves to be entertained by her big sister. She also likes hanging out in her jolly jumper and exersaucer.
